Additional Information:

What if my Navy Federal pay is not enough to cover my immediate emergency expenses?
Navy Federal employees and members affected by an emergency may be eligible to receive NFCU emergency loans, with the first payment deferred for 90 days. You may also request an increase to your credit limit on your NFCU Visa or MC credit cards. You may apply for a loan or increase to your credit limit by calling 1-800-336-3333.

What happens if I need to miss work for an extended period because of injury, etc.?
Especially in an emergency situation, Navy Federal’s policy is to accommodate your extended absence for as long as business operations allow.

Who should I contact about my health or prescription drug coverage?
To verify coverage, contact CareFirst (PPO Health Plan) at 1-866-942-7857. For PPO prescription drug coverage, contact Express-Scripts at 1-866-210-4506.

Who should be contacted if, after my work location reopens, I am unable to return to work immediately?
